I've been sold a fake tiffany &co. necklace. The seller doesn't respond to my email. 45 days has passed and I can't open a case. What to do?

I've been sold a fake piece  that the seller had listed as authentic. 45 days has elapsed and I can't open a case in the resolution centre and the seller doesn't respond to my email. I can't even leave a feedback to warn other buyers. Is there any solution for my problem ?

Hi .. No there really isn't. Can respond to feedback received.  Only option is if payment was funded with a credit card. Call the 800 # on reverse of card and request a chargeback. Your card has time constraints as well. Have all details at hand when calling.
