I had a similar case before, I phoned e-bay. Thinking because they advertise seller protection they would help... not so much.
They do have a phone # on their support page.

If the buyer returns the coin (at his own expense and with Confirmation of Delivery) you have the coin back and are 'only' out the cost of listing and the cost of shipping.
If you refuse to refund, and the buyer returns the coin(at his own expense and with Confirmation of Delivery) you have the coin back andPaypal will refund him.
Then they come at you for their money.
And you get a black mark on your selling account.
Your cost for listing may rise.
You may find it takes longer before you are out of the 21Day Hold period.
The number and value of your listings may be restricted past the usual period.
We won't even discuss feedback and the Detailed Seller Ratings you can't see yet, but which are MUCH more important than feedback.
