You need to contact your seller and ask if payment by money order is acceptable.
You should NOT have purchased the item without the ability to pay as requested in the listing.
Sellers are not obligated to accept payment by money order.

Do you have a bank account with a debit card? You can use this to open a paypal account, instead of using a credit card. You won't be able to do chargebacks, but you'll still have the paypal protection on your ebay purchases - that's very important, IMO.

While most sellers will accept money orders (no Paypal fee! no forced refunds!) this is a slow and expensive way to pay for your item. And as noted, money orders offer no protection in cases of non-delivery or badly described or damaged goods.
You can open a Paypal account with only your bank account, I believe.
