Write and photograph the item as you normally would.
Make sure the price and shipping cost are correct. Do not add shipping information for other destinations.
USE THE CUSTOMER'S EBAY NAME AS THE TITLE.
List as Fixed Price /30 days.
Tell the customer to Search for his name .
Give him a deadline. I prefer 48 hours since all the negotiations have been done already.
If he does not pay within that time, add him to your Blocked Bidder List as a timewaster.
Change the title to something salable.
Correct the price if necessary. If you listed in loonies, try to change to US dollars which are more attractive to buyers.
Add other shipping destinations.
