and seen some pretty gruesome reports on Kijiji about this seller.
WHERE does it end with e-bay keeping these types of sellers.
Newbies to e-bay, will only get burned once, and will send a lot of negatives out there and ruin e-bays hard earned reputation.
There should be a very small tolerance level to bad sellers in order to increase the quality of e-bay to its; highest standards.
I have gotten burned myself a couple of times and didn't report it, then again HOW many others are there out there that just give up?

You can't be serious.
Why did you not report the seller ?
WHERE does it end with e-bay keeping these types of sellers.
How in the heck does eBay launch an action if you do not report a seller ?
If you do not report then you are allowing the seller to keep taking advantage of buyers.

If you didn't report it, then you are numbering yourself among those that gave up.
EBay can only go on the reports of members like you and me.
There are several methods at our disposal.
Every listing has a Report button.
Feedback.
Detailed Seller Ratings. (The lowest Rating is ONE Star)
Disputes.

As you may have noticed, we cannot 'name and shame' members on these Boards.
We can give specific transaction numbers.
