Hi . Your buyer is probably US. Ebay requires a shipping cost for US otherwise buyer will likely seeing free shipping resulting in the situation you now have.

Must add to your calculator not a statement in your description.

Sorry i messed up with my first response but the same applies as there is no stated shipping in your calculator for Canada.

I would apologize to the buyer for my error , ship free and hope that i was sufficiently nice that i could convince buyer to accept a feedback revision..

hereiam87 I agree, it clearly states there is a calculator or to contact seller! He said he couldn't afford to buy them and pay shipping. If you see my feedback I have never offered free shipping! heidilynn0_3 I tried to no avail, he doesn't understand that he will get a strike for non payment!

So he hasn't paid? That's useful.

When 4 days (96 hours) have passed, open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

When 4 more days pass, if he has not paid, close the Dispute and he gets a UID Strike and cannot leave any feedback.

Put him on your Blocked Bidder List.

I just looked at your duck decoy. Did you enter the parcel size and weight and choose a shipping service? Without those, there is no stated shipping fee and most buyers will back button out of the listing, rather than go to the bother of contacting you. I think that decoy is bulky enough that it would have to go Expedited. Did you know we get a 20-25% discount on Expedited labels that are printed through Paypal?

However, it does say "Contact Seller" and not "Free". Some people get belligerent when they are told they are wrong.

And if the feedback was left before payment, the UID will remove the negative.

In the meantime, you can add a (calm factual) Response to his feedback. It will be removed too when he loses theUID.

BTW- No one will find your BUSWEISER item unless they are trolling for misspellings.
