I would like my listings to be longer than the present 10 days. What must I Do?

You have to go to fixed price listings.

auctions can only go for 10 days max.

FWIW-- Auction customers are partly in it for the thrill. And ten days pulls the auction action thrill out for too long.

Have you tried going for the more usual 7 day auctions?

You may find them more effective.
