I received 3 neutral feedbacks and real bad DSR rating from a purchaser because I did not write "Gift" on Customs Declaration. I then saw on her site (click on her picture) that her "world" clearly states:

"International-Seller-please-note-I-will-always-giving-negative-feedback-to-any-purchase-with-custom-applied.-If-you-cannot-write-gift-in-custom-form "

I am totally frustrated.

I must have been lucky to get a reasonable person when I appealed. I quoted what she wrote on her "World" and asked, "if this isn't feedback extortion, then please tell me what it is."
But I think the reason they NARU'd her is because of all your responses on this page.
