International money transfer and paypal

Hi there, I'm new here. 🙂
My situation is a little complicated but I'm sure I'm not the first to have to deal with that. I'm selling musical instruments for a manufacturer located in UAE. The manufacturer have to collect the payment before shipping the instrument. Paypal is not offered for merchants from UAE, so I cannot send him money via paypal.

What would be for me the best way to get the money out of paypal and send the manufacturer the payments ? Or is there any alternative to paypal (must be integrated in auctions) that I could use ?

Transfer the paypal funds to your USA or Canada bank account and then simply WIRE TRANSFER TT to money to your manufacturer in the UAE.

Most paypal bank transfers take from 3-5 days and even faster if you have a USA BANK account.

Hi, the problem is the time it takes : 5-8 days for paypal to my account and then about 5 days from my account to the manufacturer's account. And also the fees, my bank charged me 30 to 50 CAD for every transfer...
