Is anyone having trouble with transit times shipping to Russia from Canada?

Is anyone having trouble with transit times shipping to Russia from Canada? I have a customer waiting over 2 months for their package. Apparently Russia had a freight embargo as they were backed up.

After 45 days your customer cannot file an Item Not Recieved dispute.

After 60 days he cannot leave feedback.

However, as a good seller, the most you can do is calm him. Give him the Delivery Confirmation/tracking number and commiserate.

And yes, there have been problems with deliveries to Russia  reported from time to time since Christmas.
