Is there International seller fees?

Hello, 

I am not sure if I am following all the complicated rules on ebay. Especially for sellers.

I am trying to list my items on ebay from outside of country where I registered as a seller in Canada. Now I am in Korea and I am trying to list my items but  there was fee 0.30 cents US. I did not add any extra listing designs.  Is there international seller fee?

Seems like you are paying the regular listing fee.

Are you listing on eBay.com or eBay.ca ?

You are listing in a category that charges for fixed price listings for non store owners. You should receive some free listings if you list auction style in that category. It would be a good idea to read the info on the following link. I would not recommend setting up a store until you have sold for a while.
