Unknowingly to me paypal had to retrieve their payment from my unused credit card account. Now I owe for an overdue balance which I would not have known about if not for a lucky occurance. Now I'm thinking that I had more than enough in the Paypal account. Even if for some strange reason there wasn't why would Paypal not notify me of taking a payment from this account? There is nothing to indicate this anywhere except for the credit card account.
