I think most sellers list in US $. The page gives you the conversion rate. Why does it matter?

If a seller is in Canada and lists in U.S. $ you can ask them (before you buy) if they would be willing to bill you in Canadian dollars at the appropriate exchange rate.

Most Canadian sellers list in US dollars because all the world understands the US dollar and Americans, the world's largest economy, understand nothing else.
If you shop on eBaydotCA, you will see prices in both currencies, but you should be aware that the exchange rate at the moment is changeable. The CDN equivalent can and will change from day to day (if not hour to hour).
You may be wise if this makes you nervous to only look at Buy It Now/Fixed Price listings. Your $10USD bid on Monday might be equivalent to $11.00CDN at the time, but be $12 or even $13DCDN seven days later when the auction closes.
