Is there no way to get my money back from a seller who refuses to ship my item after the 45 days?

Is there no way to get my money back or blacklist a seller who hasn't shipped an item I paid for. Wish I had read the feedback before buying. He says he shipped it and it was returned wrong address, say it was sent back because of wrong address, offered to email pictures of returned item but didnt and now refuses to answer me. Its over the 45 days, do I have any recourse???

Claims through eBay or PayPal must be filed within 45 days of payment.

If you have paid using a credit card, call the 800 number on your credit card statement and ask for a chargeback for non-receipt.

If you have paid from funds in your PayPal account or from your bank, you are unfortunately out of luck.
