There would not be duty on a used item, but there would be sales tax plus a 'service fee'.

What is the sales tax in your province?

If HST in your province is 15% then $67.50 (USD) of that would be tax.
The GSP service is usually about $5USD but may rise on more expensive items.
We see most complaints on low cost items where the $4-5 service fee was applied, but it could be higher. Most couriers base their service charge on value of item.
