It says I did not pay a buyer I cannot call or enter information for resolution I have tried.

I pressed the buy the item.  Then I went to paypal and I was not able to purchase the item because it would not ship to Canada.  I tried to talk to the buyer who removed the item and now it says I have not payed for an item on my account. I purchase items all the time and this has never happened before.  I want to speak wih someone from ebav with no success.  I have tried several areas on ebay and no luck.

If the seller does not ship to Canada, then you cannot force them to do so. Many do not. If he ships to Canada, it will be in the listing. If you cannot get an accurate shipping rate in the listing, or if it says it only ships to the US, then don't buy it or bid on it. There is nothing else you can do.

It's fine to ship on ebay.com but if the listing states only shipping to the U.S. then you should always message them to enquire as to whether they would consider shipping to you. If a seller specifically writes in their listing that they will not ship internationally then it's best to leave it alone.
