Just printed a label in PayPal, old return address on label???

I just printed a label in PayPal and an old return address is showing on the label. I have checked and yes, my updated address is showing in both PayPal and ebay. In fact, the old address has been deleted long ago.

Where is Pitney Bowes/PayPal getting this old address from? Maybe they haven't updated their address files?

Just a heads up anyway! Good idea to check your return labels before printing!

I guess something to mention next Wednesday to Rodney or Kalvin.

What a mess! Thanks for the heads up. I have an expedited package, I am hoping the buyer doesn't pay in time to mail today, so hopefully the problem will be solved over the weekend.
