List FREE for seller store??

Am I missing something?  I see the Fee update infomration for "All Sellers! List FREE*-fixed pirce or Auction-style -- up to 2,500 listings per month."

Did eBay send out this old (last year) information or what?  They look the same nothing increased??  Anyone knew?

I got one US sellers telling me that she can list up to 150 per month from 50 usual, so nothing for store sellers, still same or what?  Am I missing something?

The current fee structure for eBay Stores sellers is NOT changing—eBay Stores subscribers will still get the same number of free auction-style or fixed price listings they get today in any category, including the categories listed below.

The Anchor store still gets 2500 free listings per month -- no change.

The May 15 (.com) and June 1 (.ca) changes impact the free listings that non-store sellers can get.
