Listings

When I look at my listings it reads ADD TO CART but when my customer in the U.S. looks it reads VISIT SELLER STORE , no way could she buy two items and put them in a cart  from my store either.

I looked at multiple listings you have for sale and see the "Add to Cart: button. Is it possible that your buyer is on a mobile device that is limiting their view?

Re: Listings

Alex you may not be aware of that but the cart works differently on eBay.ca and eBay.com depending if the listings are on eBay.ca or eBay.com and the buyer buys on eBay.ca or eBay.com

Re: Listings

Listings created on ebay.com are the only ones that will fit into the ebay.com shopping cart. Same goes for ebay.co.uk. All other ebay carts/bags/baskets are universal but those two are grandfathered to be exclusive. This is not without its associated pain for sellers outside of ebay.com and ebay.co.uk like you and I. This is what I put in Payment Instructions on the bottom of all my listings:

Seller's payment instructions

If you are shopping from eBay USA or eBay UK, you will discover you cannot add items listed on eBay CANADA to your US Cart or UK Basket. Log into www.ebay.ca to take full advantage of our combined postage discounts and FREE SHIPPING promotions. You’ll be glad you did

Please note the wording is only pertinent if you offer combined postage and free shipping promotions.
