Who is the shipping affiliate in Canada? Specifically Edmonton and Fort McMurray Alberta? Who do you contract with to actually deliver the package to the door? Mine was not received and somebody is home all day. I want the name of the company in fort McMurray who was to deliver it to me; along with the tracking number. It hasn't arrived but all indications are that it was successfully delivered. That means it went to the wrong house. It's a small town. I can find my purchase is you give me the local company and tracking information. I've asked this repeatedly of the seller and of eBay to no avail. I am not seeking a refund. I just want my purchase. I hope you can help.

Was this, by chance, an order purchased through the Global Shipping Program? That first Delivered means only the seller has shipped the item to their GSP hub in Kentucky. You can get another tracking number from there? Many USA-based sellers are quite clueless about this process and some are wholly unaware they are even subscribed to it, so how did you contact ebay to look for an answer? By reply to email? Those aren't monitored, you'd have to call.
