My Feedback Rating Not being Updated

I have recently bought 5 items and received feedback, but my rating is not being updated, it is still at 47, when it should be at 52. I can't seem to be able to send Ebay an email about it anywhere. So I'm hoping that they will read this and do something about it.

Multiple buys from one seller at one time only count as 1 feedback.

They were from 3 different sellers. The feedback hasn't even gone up 1 number.
