Listed an item which did not sell - after item closed received an offer which I am sure us genuine. Want to sell to this ebayer - how do I complete the transaction making suire ebay receives appropriate  fees?

Simple...just relist it.... also some sellers will change the title in the listing to the buyer ID, so the buyer can do a search with their ID and find it fast, it also keeps others from snatching it from them, also put a BIN (Buy It Now) price on it, so once found they can buy it fast.
