My Final Value Fees are Calculated Wrong, Are Yours?

I posted some Fixed Price items on ebay during the 5 cent promotion day.
for a 999.99 item, FVF is $63.00 --> should be 36.31
for a 69.99 item, FVF is $7.20 --> should be 3.91

Some example:
******* Final price: US $19.99 (Fixed Price) Final value fee of US $2.40 converted to C $2.78 at a rate of 1.15990 (as of 15-Oct-08).
******* Final price: US $299.95, 5 of 5 items @ US $59.99 (Fixed Price), final value fee of US $33.00 converted to C $38.27 at a rate of 1.15990 (as of 15-Oct-08).

Charging around 12% for fixed price, not store. CHECK YOURS!!!!!

FOr those that knows how to solve this, please let me know. Who should I contact?

Did you list the FP using the new 30 day duration? If so, the 30 day duration is set at 12% FVF and not 8% that you find with a 7 or 10 day FP.

As you have not given any item numbers that's my best guess.

Not sure how you could possibly have missed the fee changes that were announced in August, never seen so many announcements, reminders, emails etc. etc.

The FVF's for ALL fixed price listing with the exception of a few categories is 12% on the first $50

Wrong!

You now get 30-day exposure and are indexed in "Best Match", hence the higher FVF (matches the store FVF).

It is your choice to list with 30-day BIN - you don't HAVE to buy that service:-D

There were many other changes; some good, some not so good - just depends where you are sitting.
