I mean tracking said item delivered.

My Turn Tracking said delivery but buyer said did not receive it.

Contact CP at 1-800-267-1177 and give them the tracking number. They will open up an investigation to fix the situation.


 


When it happened to me, it turned out that the buyer was lying to try and get a free product...
