Well, because that's because they know what they're doing and many sellers don't.
I've seen people talking about a 10% markup on foods - that's crazy, even WALMART doesn't go that low.
You've got to know your costs and what you can sell for, then FIND the deals that fit, instead of trying to shoehorn bad deals into place because you didn't look hard enough.
