No communication from seller after go purchased an item.

Hello,
I recently purchased something. The seller was 100% communicating with me until I purchased. After there has been no communication at all. Should I report this seller and leave negative feedback. How do I get my money back if he is not communicating with me? Thank you very much if you can help.

Do you have an issue with your purchase?  Do you have additional questions?

 

If your questions were answered and if you've received a receipt for your purchase, you likely will receive no further communication.  A lot of sellers, probably most, do not send further e-mails after the transaction is completed.  I always send a thank you e-mail with the date I shipped and an indication of when the buyer can expect delivery, but that is not mandatory.  If the seller purchased his label through PayPal, you will get a standard e-mail from PayPal indicating that the item has been shipped, but that's it.

 

What are your concerns exactly?

I don't understand your post - you don't say if you've received the item and it's defective or something.  Your post sounds like you've just purchased so why would the seller communicate with you again?  The purchase is complete and in your Purchase History it should show when you paid and  it should show date when shipped.  Report, Negative Feedback - FOR WHAT?

 

You should be aware that anything ordered from China, and even in some cases the States can take much longer than you think - if that's your problem.

If the seller is in Europe, it will take from seven to 10 days to arrive after the seller ships.

If the seller is in North America, it will take from 10 to 20 days to arrive after the seller ships.

If the seller is in Asia, it will take from 20 to30 days to arrive after the seller ships.

 

If you have not recieved an item after 20 days, contact the seller and ask for the date and service he shipped . Also ask for a Delivery Confirmation number , but since these are expensive don't worry if he doesn't have one.

 

If the seller offers to replace the item REFUSE and ask for a refund.

 

Personally, I leave feedback when I ship but many sellers wait to be sure their customer has recieved the item and is satisfied before leaving feedback.

 

You have a full 60 days to leave fb. Wait until the transaction has completed itself by arrival and inspection.

It's okay now. I was told the seller had appointments and didn't have time. Everything has been resolved. Thank you
