If you are the seller, check your Paypal to see if she has paid you. If she has ship the item and put the Delivery Confirmation number into the PP dispute. Even if you do not normally use DC, this is one instance where it is necessary, even if you lose money.
If she has not yet paid, put that information into the PP dispute.
Although PP often holds payments for 21 days against seller performance, you are required to ship within 7 days, or lose your Seller Protection.

BTW, it is usually not a good idea to buy and sell on the same ID. Keep this one for selling, and open a new one for buying.
You will need a different credit card for the new ID, but both can share the same PP account.
