How do I get help about A Seller that will not send me the the proper combined shipping invoice, based on His own shipping policies?.The first win is $9.99 US each additional item is $1.75 US.He has charged me $9.99 US for all 6 items.I asked him politely for the combined shipping reduction 3 times & this was his final answer.Help! please & Thank you?!?!?!

Just to be clear, does he advertise the shipping discounts to Canadian and other foreign customers? Or are they limited to US buyers?
It's stupid not to discount shipping when a customer is buying multiple items, but if the average IQ is 100, then half the population is going to be below that.
If he is not following up on his advertised prices, you can Report him to eBay and of course when you leave feedback (calm, polite and factual, of course) you can also Rate his shipping prices, accuracy of description, and communication. The normal Rating is Five Stars, the lowest is ONE star.

His policy clearly reads...$9.99 for the 1st item and $1.75 for each additional item...My combined shipping invoice is currently $80.39 US...If you do the math, you can clearly see that my invoice should be about $40.00 US...I'm so upset...How do I make a Company Honour their own shipping Policy?...Where do I go from here?...If I don't pay I fear he will open a case against me... I was so looking forward to these gifts for Christmas :'(
I don't know how to report him to eBay...I've never had any problems on eBay...
