PayPal Problems

I cannot retrieve the transaction details from my past purchase. I paid with mastercard and opened a PayPal account afterwards for your information. Without it, I cannot not start a claim and the buyer isn't cooperating. What can I do?

Go to the mastercard. Phone the 1-800 customer service number and ask about a chargeback.

Have dates, payment amounts, transaction numbers etc handy to help the clerk process your refund.
