PayPal shipping cannot print label

Happened first time, 2 labels today out of 6 failed to print. First was voided and successfully reprinted, which, second we gave up on PayPal today and purchased at the PO.

The failed labels have tracking number from CanadaPost and transaction just like other labels, only does not print and consistently fails the reprint with Runtime Error like in the attachment. Other labels reprint fine.

I am hoping this is temporary. Anyone else seen this Runtime Error before ?

I haven't seen it before. I printed 2 small packet USA labels today via Firefox.....one about an hour ago and the other one this morning and didn't have a problem with either one.

It happen to me to this afternoon. Was able to print 2 but the 3rd one gave me that error. Try to reprint but still no luck.

When I have a PayPal label fail in FireFox (my main browser), I just load another browser (Opera) and login to PayPal while still logged into PayPal in the other browser. Sometimes the new browser picks up the label being processed by PayPal and opens the window to the label automatically and I can print the label. Sometimes I have to use reprint the new browser. I do not have to void the label.

The other day I just opened another window in Firefox, logged into PayPal., went into the transaction details and chose "reprint label".  This worked for me.

That is normal weekly occurence, sometimes she has to reprint in other browser or asks me to reprint on my PC.

In this case we tried everything under our control, browsers, clean cookies, different PC. It's not under our control.
