Paypal claim from NARU'D buyer

Please advice...

I sent a Surface Small Packet to a US buyer on Nov 3rd, buyer gave me positive feedback on Nov 20th.  All was well until today - when I receieved an email from Paypal saying that buyer opened a chargeback (unauthorized payment).  I sent the buyer an ebay message to ask why but now just discovered that she is NARUD.

I contacted Paypal and the agent said I have to fax him a copy of the shipping label used on the package since surface small packet has no tracking.  Well, I can't reprint it since the said label is a month and a half old.

What else can I do??

Re: Paypal claim from NARU'D buyer

Give Paypal the number of the Small Packet. It should be viewable on the Canada Post site, since it is within the time for insurance claims.

Actually, you may be able to print out the info from either your PP account or from canadapost.ca. Those listings seem to last much longer than the eBay ones.

Since the Canada Post insurance is only on damage or loss in transit, you can't claim on the $100 insurance coverage that CP offers.

Whether the buyer is scamming on the unauthorized payment claim or whether he is willing to hurt you rather than discipline a family member, he is not himself an honest person. Shame on him.
