Paypal refund timeline

I sent a refund to a customer on Aug 12th through Paypal. The customer emailed me today saying it hasnt been credited back to her credit card as of today Sept 23rd.Her credit card company /Discover said they have no record of the refund from Paypal

Shouldnt the refund have shown up by now..This is a long time repeat customer so I dont have any worries about her truthfullness.

Any suggestions would be helpful

I would phone Paypal and ask them about it.

Has your customer checked her PayPal account?  The refund may be sitting there!
