Purchased item over 90 days ago & have not received

Hi, I bought an item over 90 days ago and I am still waiting for it. Seller will not reply to my emails, and i cannot open it up on eBay resolution center. The feedback is over 97% positive but there are other users complaining about the same thing. I cannot even leave negative feedback because i bought it long ago. What should i do?

Hi kingstonusb.. Not a whole heck of a lot you can do. Claims must be filed within 45 days and that should be your line in the sand for all transactions. 60 days max for feedback.

If funded payment with a credit card could try for a chargeback by calling the 800 # on card back. Card issuers have limits as well.

Unless the seller has very few feedbacks, 97% is not a particularly good record.

One negative out of 100 transactions is forgiveable. One out of 1000 is negligible. One out of 10 is horrible.
