Question about the "flash sale"

Can someone please tell me, before tonight's "flash sale" is over, whether you have to use it for a single item, or items from the same seller, or whether you can use it for items from different sellers?

I assume it's for $60 USD.

The link (http://pages.ebay.com/promo/2016/1109/CFLASHNOV16.html) does mention "cart" -- an item I want is $56, so can I buy another $4 item from another seller, use the cart function (which I'm not really familiar with) and use the promo code?

From my understanding based on my experience with past flash sale coupons, as long as all of the items in your cart are in USD and the total before using the coupon is at least $60 USD, the coupon will work.

I forgot to add:

You can test it out before actually buying the items by placing them in your cart, proceeding to the checkout, and then entering the coupon code. If it adds the discount then you are good to go.
