Hi! So I'm not an experienced buyer and I tend to buy from China quite a bit because it seems most sellers (in terms of jewelry) come from there. I keep all the packages the items come in and I totally understand it takes time to get here (Canada).
My problem is that I just received a package that contained an item that I did not order and based on the shipping date it could only have been one of three items that I bought in the 1-2 days shipping after being paid (I always check and they ship literally the next day or even sooner). However I have no idea which one of those three items its supposed to be and have no idea whichi seller to contact and tell them 'hey, you sent me earrings instead of beads/beaded hair elastic! What's the deal?'
Judging by the stupidity of the situation and the state of the items that I received yesterday well this just really gets on my nerves and I made my last transaction today and I refuse to buy several items at a time now so that I know exactly who's jerking me around when it happens.
If anyone can help me please do! I'll even post a picture of the package if someone can help me find a way to determine who it is because there's no return address or anything that identifies this seller. Thanks!

I can only state the obvious.
Wait for the other two to arrive to see if there is a way to pinpoint those and then use the process of elimination.

That's what I figured. Never had this happen to me and for some reason afraid that I'll never receive some of the items and that it will be too late to take action...
Thank you 🙂

Never wait until it is too late no matter what the seller says.
If you don't receive the item before day 43 file an Item Not Received Claim.

It happened to me also when I was buying a lot of beads and jewelry components since all names on transaction and Paypal receipt have different names, I had no idea who sent it. If you are return customer, leave a note with payment, to insert the name of seller or business to avoid confusion. Worked for me fine, all sellers were very cooperative.

Good advice! I have again received another package from Honkong this time and can't for the life of mefigure out who sent it to me...I'm getting tired, even if its only twice now, of being sent the wrong thing because then I have to wait till 43 days and then go and bug the seller to send me the right item and having no intention of returning the dumb item they sent in its place. I've got several more items coming in and now I'm generally afraid I'm going to be disappointed yet again. 😞
