In the Seller's listing at the bottom of the page or near the bottom of the page there will be an  "ask a question"  link ~ if you cannot contact the Seller by that link it can be because they do not wish to deal with anyone outside of the USA (if they show their listing as ships to USA only for example).

Just a further note ~ since I tried .... that Seller only ships to the USA so the Contact Seller link on the listing page is blocked for Canadians ~

The seller has decided to only ship that item within the US but you can contact the seller by clicking on the FEEDBACK PROFILE and using the CONTACT MEMBER link.  Use the "This is not about an item" option in case they have blocked questions about the item itself.
