Hi, I recently bought glasses and realized they were fake and luckily got a refund. A lot of people are buying from this user don't know all their glasses are not genuine, what can I do about this that is actually effective? (I also left positive feedback before realizing they were fake). I really don't want others to fall into the same trap. Thanks!

You can add a Response to any feedback, your own or the seller's at any time. No deadline.
While the most effective FB is calm and factual , you are not required to be positive.
However, in many cases when a Dispute has been filed and settled, eBay allows no further comment.

message him and ask him to post that they're knock-offs, over reporting IMO
i for one loved the cheap knock-off shorts i used to buy here, but someone reported the seller and i no longer can.
the buyers may not all be thinking they're legit glasses. some actually want cheap knock-offs.

If they're a store selling fake goods advertised as genuine designer brand products, as reallynicestamps said, you can leave a response to their feedback or leave follow-up feedback to your own.
You can also report suspicious goods by clicking on the "Report this Item" links at the bottom of the listings.

BE AWARE
Sold me a fake Turquoise stone which arrived white washed.
They refunded me but Ebay does not allow me to leave a negative feedback.
Last purchase using eBay once they must make some money even when the seeler sells fake stuff.

You did leave negative feedback.
