2/. ALL SELLING DOES NOT REFRESH PROPERLY FOR UNSOLD WITHOUT GOING TO THE UNSOLD TAB AND REFRESHING

 I THINK THIS LATTER ISSUE IS A SITE ISSUE SINCE IT HAPPENS BOTH IN MY 2 BROWSERS AND MY LISTING APP

Also, on the Shipping tab, what country and postal code do you have entered?
