Sell item,ebay take the buyer out ,and i still have ebay fee to pay ?????

Some user buy 9k item from me and did not pay for it ,second buy on ebay for this user ,i report this user to ebay , and ebay kick im out is no more registred user i have 254$ ebay fee to pay .... ???? why i dont know when ebay take im out did not credit the fee from this transaction ...

Here is the process to follow to get the Final Value Fees refunded to your account:

If that did not work for some reasons, call Customer Support (link on top of this page at right). 

Before you do, I suggest you check your seller account carefully to make sure the amount has not already been refunded.

i ask to cancel transaction on aug19 but the user is nor more register on ebay what i have to do now ??? i can not open 2 case at the same time ???

Check your seller account.  The amount may have been credited already.  If not, call eBay.

i try to send mail to ebay about this transaction and they all ready 1 case open about it si i have to wait ....... how many i have to wait before the case closed went i open case to cancel transaction ??

If you filed an unpaid item claim on Aug 18th you can close the case now in the resolution center. http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

Then your fees will be credited to your account.

If you filed a regular cancellation, you have to wait 7 days before you can close it.

i open cancelation case and still open i can not closed it now (open case on Aug 19, 2013 ) how i can closed this case right now

If the cancellation request was filed with eBay on August 19th, you should be able to close it sometimes today (on the eightth day following request)
