I wanted to buy 5 items from a seller. I contacted them before, asking if it was possible to combine. The answer was:
- Thank you for your inquiry,we can reduce 2 dollars from the total price and will arrange all of the items to ship together. Any ideas, please let me know .
Then I bought the 5 items. Sent 2 requests for total invoices. Then a message, and the answer from the seller was:
- Thanks for your inquiry. We shift some value of the item to the postage, pls try to understand this. The product had been so cheap that we can't supply more discount. We feel sorry but you can bid and buy directly on Ebay if still needed.
What should I do now? I feel I've been lied too. In a store, I would refuse the transaction and leave, but I can't cancel my bid. Any suggestion? Before bidding, I looked at the seller's rating and it was excellent.
Thank you!

Ask the seller for a Mutual Cancellation if you won but cannot get an invoice to pay.
If she sends it, agree promptly.
You will be able to leave appropriate feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings. The normal Rating for a successful transaction is Five Stars.
This is not a successful transaction.
