I purchased two items from the same seller 5 days ago. The seller indicated in both listing that she offered combined shipping. I have sent 3 messages to the seller, requesting an invoice for the combined shipping cost, but have not gotten an answer. When I try to pay through paypal, it dose not allow me to change the shipping cost. I always pay within minutes of purchasing an item, and don't want to get a negative feedback. Is five days too soon to be concerned with opening a case for resolution? is there an alternative way to contact the seller? Thanks for reading, and hopefully there is someone out there who can help
