How can Ebay allow a seller like to list hours of sequential listings, thereby blocking other seller from that time ?
I have reported them numerous times, but have never gotten a responce?

Every seller on eBay is free to list what they want, when they want and using the format they want.
Timing is generally not an issue anymore since the vast majority of listings on eBay are at fixed price and buyers can buy them whenever they want. Starting and ending times become largely irrelevant.
What is much more relevant, from my perspective, is to see many of your listings with a $1 price and $12+ shipping charge to mail a postcard to Canada! That will cost you a lot of potential customers. Why use the Global Shipping Program (GSP) for items that can easily be mailed for a dollar or two?

They have 14 listings (but they don't ship to Canada so the listings don't show on .ca)
