Selling Manager Pro Set Up for Premium Stores

I upgraded my store to premium last week but still only have the regular selling manager when the selling manager Pro is free. My common sense tells me I have to go through the process of upgrading to get it but it looks like they want to charge me the extra $15.99 as I have to click on the $15.99 to proceed. Did anyone go through this?

Perhaps this is something to take up with Live Help?

I tried to upgrade to Premium from Basic, (several times), and it won't let me. Anyone know why??

Yes I do have a credit card on file. It may be that in the Personal Information area in my eBay account information, my account type shows as "individual". I should have updated that long ago to "business", but didn't realize it (or didn't really need to until now).
Maybe that is the issue- I will try updating that tomorrow and report back.

Ok, tried again to upgrade to a premium store from basic after changing my account subsription to "Business" instead of "Individual" (I have no idea what the difference is??!!). NO LUCK!! ?:|
Anyone have any other ideas?

Considering your excellent feedback (which may have been a factor), none whatsever. I don't even know if I am listed as a business or not but would be very surprised if it factored in.

Out of curiousity, what's the page you are trying to upgrade from?

Thanks Crafty, yeah no probs, I just needed to update my credit card info.
Also, I signed up for Selling Manager Pro....it is free (so it says) for 30 days, and then (so it says) they will start charging for it. But my understanding is that it is to be free permanently with the new Premium Store upgrade, and they just haven't updated the site yet.
By the way, I changed my automated preferences to leave feedback automatically upon payment (I always did, but had to do it manually), and the time savings for this little step is already more than worth it.

Hi Axe. Yes Selling Manager Pro is fee with the premium subscription. I subscribed last week but was a little hesitant as it seems they didn't update the process and were going to charge me. I'll check my bill later this month. I'm sure it will be credited if charged.

I also changed all my automated settings..so nice to leave feedback automatically! AND I am sending automatic payment received notifications that confirm the payment and let the buyers know their item is shipping within 48 hours. I used to send those manually too.

I wish I could send shipping notifications though. I know I can edit the ones eBay sends but when you go to preview it doesn't show any edits and even though I asked to receive a copy (so I can see what it looks like) I haven't received one yet!

I know there are a lot of other features with the upgrade but haven't gone through what's useful or not yet.
