Sent an item to UK via Xpresspost, didn't arrive for a month

Almost a month, 5 days short >_<

Buyer and I paid for express shipping, and it ended up being much later than it was supposed to be. It didn't even go through customs, why was it so late???

I made a file through Canada Post. Will I be able to get a full refund for express post? Is there a money back guarantee with express post for international?

I have also had issues with packages sent out dec. 15th for some reason. Sometimes I wish I could get a job at the post office and see what they could do to be more competitive and efficient. Theres no reason why we cannot improve the level of service between Canada and the US.
