Shipping with PayPal, PrePaid via Canada Post

Anyone else use this method of shipping? I'm having a problem. I just starting using this way of shipping, and it's been great and convenient, but this is my first time shipping outside of Canada (the the US) with this method, and it seems to give me an error. When i type in the dimensions, which is just a small box, it errors me saying "you have entered invalid dimension' or something like that. No matter what dimensions I enter, it says that. I don't get it! Anyone have any solutions? Thanks

Thanks for your question. I manage shipping at eBay Canada and would like to help you with this matter. Can you let me know the exact dimensions and weight you are entering, and what service you have chosen? Once you send me these numbers, I will test it out and let you know what the problem is.

Most likely you are entering measurements that are not valid for the shipping service you have selected...you can check the maximum measurements for each shipping service by going to the CanadaPOST website and or I believe the eBay/Paypal Shipping module has a link that you can use to get the information.

Also, if you enter a weight in KILOGRAMS then your measurements have to been entered in INCHES whereas if you enter your weight in POUNDS then your measurements have to be entered in CENTIMETERS.
