Size exchange

Hi,

I purchased an item from  that was not true to size. It was way too small so instead of following up for an return, I simply asked for an exchange for a size up. The seller happily agreed and told me to ship back the small size to them, on my dime. I did. I have not heard for the seller since. I have emailed  over 6 times with no reply. I simply want the item that we agreed upon at the time of the exchange.

This is completely unfair and I do not know what to do to justify it.

Please file a Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. You've only got 45 days to do this, so make sure you don't allow this time to elapse.
