I just had a package arrive in Tennesee today, mailed on Jan. 18th. It was letter rate. Thankfully it was for a VERY patient buyer, I offered several times to refund or send another copy, but she wanted to wait and see if it arrived, but that really is too long to wait for mail to the US.

Better than having to refund an impatient buyer, having them neg you, and getting it free.

I hear you! delivery times lately has been nerve wracking, I'm just pulling my hair out with U.S. deliveries & international everthing lately is exceptionally slooooowww!

Just to put it out there....wishing I hadn't done this one does anyone have experience with Turkey? I have a very newby impatient buyer ...does the Turkish customs have a track record of being backed up like Russia?

Pleasant surprise today.  I mailed an item by Small Packet Air to Nevada on March 1st and it was received today!

I have had some very quick deliveries also, but several I have had to refund on. One buyer repaid when it finally arrived, some you never hear from again.

dutchman: I agree, it could have been much worse, I would have been happy to refund, but I wanted the buyer to tell me if she wanted me to refund or send another pattern. She left me positive feedback.

Some buyers are great!
