I bought what supposed to be a Stainless Steel Ginger Garlic Peel and Press Mincer Kitchen Tools. It broke after using it few times I attached picture hope it shows so no one else  be fooled. I Paid $ 5.95 unfortunately it took at least 6 weeks to arrive, and no dispute can be filed after 45 days.

Some sellers get money for useless garbage. Shame on you e-bay for allowing customers to be ripped off.

The title on this item is:

New Novelty Stainless Steel Ginger Garlic Peel and Press Mincer.

You paid $5.95 including shipping from China and are surprised that what you got is trash?

You have learned a life lesson, grasshopper.

BTW, the simplest way to mince garlic is to lay it on your cutting board, hit the unpeeled clove with a side of a paring knife, lift off the dry skin, and chop with a few stroke  of the paring knife.

No special tools are needed.

It is not worth dragging this issue for too long. I just wanted to warn buyers no this is a trash so nobody byes . While $ 5.95 is not much for north Americans, it is probably more than few days salary in China. Can you look at your appliances, furnace, fixtures, luggage,.. etc and let me know how many of them have made in China labels? So China does produce quality products, it is those thieves supported by e-bay system that gives China bad name.

No, $ 5.95 doesn't teach me a life lesson. It is the fact that I am being ripped-off that is worth mentioning here. Trash is expensive at any price.

Thanks for your comment, I feel my message is getting to some savvy buyers like you.
