If the question is about a current listing, you can go to the drop down menu to the right of the listing, on your summary page. There you will find various options, one being " mark as answered". Sometimes a buyer may just email a thank you, after getting an answer to a question about a listing. As that does not need an answer, we have the option to mark it as answered.
