I cannot get a seller to respond to my messages.  I have been trying to contact them regarding an item I bought.  How do I cancel this order so I can order from someone else?

Buy and pay for an item the option is to open a dispute/claim for item not received to recover payment..

Claims must be filed within 45 days. Once past , a credit card chargeback is the only remaining option.
